Mega Force Staffing is seeking dependable Floater/Gluer employees to support production operations in Ramseur,NC. The Floater/Gluer will assist with various production tasks, operate gluing equipment, inspect products for quality, package finished products, and provide support to different areas of the production floor as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor gluing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Assist with production and packaging tasks.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Follow production procedures and safety guidelines.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Move between workstations and assist where needed.

• Meet production and quality expectations.

• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus.

You should be proficient in:

• Quality Inspection Experience
• Packaging Experience
• High School / GED
