Flexographic Printing / Converting Machine Operator

The Converting Operator will run Garant, Beasley and/or Weber printing and converting machines.

This includes job set-up and troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues. It plays a crucial role in increasing our skilled talent to meet customers' demands.

Previous experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates or similar manufacturing companies required
Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines preferred

10 hour work shifts Monday - Thursday plus overtime on Fridays.
- Days available - Day shift, From 6:10 am to 4:30 pm
