Flexographic Printing / Converting Machine Operator

The Converting Operator will run Garant, Beasley and/or Weber printing and converting machines. 

This includes job set-up and troubleshooting ink, glue, and plate issues. It plays a crucial role in increasing our skilled talent to meet customers' demands.

• Previous experience in converting, printing, paper packaging, corrugates or similar manufacturing companies required
• Proven mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Knowledge of Beasley, Garant, Weber, or related bag machines preferred

  • Days available - Day shift, From 6:10 am to 4:30 pm
