• Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials.
• Monitor press operations to ensure proper color registration, ink viscosity, and print quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on printing equipment to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Document production data and report any issues to management promptly.
• Train and mentor junior operators as needed to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Flexographic Press Operator or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and materials.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
