Your Mission & Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on diesel engines and equipment, including oil changes, lubrications, and filter replacements.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in mixer trucks, loaders, dump trucks, tankers, and other heavy equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Rebuild, replace, or repair major components such as engine heads, blocks, starters, and transmissions.
- Collaborate with the operations team to schedule maintenance and repairs, minimizing downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures in the workshop and on job sites.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work using company systems.
- Stay updated on the latest diesel engine technology and repair techniques through ongoing learning.

- Strong understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems is preferred.
- Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment; willingness to learn new technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to safety standards and protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in diesel engine repair is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required; CDL is preferred.
