Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and compliance.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures to optimize performance and safety.
• Monitor vehicle performance and conduct regular inspections to ensure all vehicles are in top condition.
• Coordinate with vendors for vehicle repairs, maintenance, and parts procurement.
• Manage fleet budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding fleet operations.
• Train and supervise fleet staff, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.
• Analyze fleet data and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
