🔧 FITTERS NEEDED – ALL LEVELS 🔧

📍 Acadiana Area | Full-Time Opportunities | $20–$30+/Hr. DOE

Now hiring experienced and entry-level Fitters across multiple industries throughout Acadiana. We are seeking dependable candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and fabrication or industrial experience. Opportunities available for Structural Fitters, Pipefitters, and Combo Fitters in shop and field environments.

Positions Available:

• Structural Fitters

• Pipefitters

• Combo Fitters

• Entry-Level Fitters

• Advanced / Lead Fitters

Duties:

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

• Fit and assemble structural steel, piping, or fabrication components

• Measure, cut, align, and tack materials according to specifications

• Operate hand tools, grinders, torches, and fabrication equipment

• Perform layout work and ensure proper fit-up before welding

• Maintain safe and organized work areas

• Assist welders and fabrication teams as needed

Requirements:

• Previous fitting or fabrication experience preferred (entry-level positions available)

• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints

• Experience with structural steel, piping systems, or fabrication layouts is a plus

• Must be dependable and safety-conscious

• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
