Willingness to occasionally meet with global team members during off hours
Experience with C or C++ programming languages
Engineering degree from an ABET-accredited school or Masters degree
Experience working in geographically distributed teams
Azure DevOps or similar tool experience
Cybersecurity and SIS product development experience (e.g,. IEC61508, IEC62443)

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The starting salary for this role is $115,000-145,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
