Qualifications:
Must have experience working with fire protection/fire alarm systems or hold a NICET certifications
Familiarity with CCTV, thermal imaging cameras, and other advanced technologies is perferred.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and adapt to different environments.
Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and using a boom lift.
Proficiency in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) throughout the Southeast.
