Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on specialized safety systems.
• Replace components and assist with the installation of new equipment as needed.
• Perform system tests to ensure all hardware and software meet operational standards.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities in the company database.
• Support remote troubleshooting and provide technical assistance to on-site personnel when not traveling.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with fire protection/fire alarm systems or hold a NICET certifications

• Familiarity with CCTV, thermal imaging cameras, and other advanced technologies is perferred.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage service calls, and adapt to different environments.

• Comfortable working in tight spaces, at heights, and using a boom lift.

• Proficiency in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a bonus but not required.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) throughout the Southeast.
