Finishing Operator – 2nd shift (M-F 2:30pm-10:30pm)  

3rd Shift (Sun. - Thurs. 10:30pm - 6:30am)

What You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–3 years of machine operation experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging environments
• Experience with finishing equipment (slitting, rewinding, die cutting) preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read job tickets, specifications, and use basic measuring tools (ruler, calipers)
• Basic math skills and ability to track production counts
• Team-player mindset with a willingness to support others as needed
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred)
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Basic math and ruler-reading ability
• Team-player attitude — willing to jump in and help wherever needed
