Job Description

We are seeking a Finishing Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate yarn finishing equipment, monitor production, ensure product quality, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate yarn finishing machines (Gilbo Air Entanglement, Cable Twisting, and Heatset)
• Load and unload yarn packages and monitor machine performance
• Thread, rethread, and troubleshoot machines as needed
• Perform quality inspections and move finished products to designated areas
• Maintain production efficiency and follow all safety procedures
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs frequently and push loaded carts weighing up to 600 lbs
• Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Basic math, reading, and communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English

Manufacturing experience is preferred, but training will be provided to qualified candidates.

• Packaging Experience
• High School / GED
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
