Job Overview

The Finisher 1 plays a crucial role in our production process. Primary responsibilities include organizing and placing materials, products, and parts efficiently within our production line, working closely with various teams to ensure a smooth workflow and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities

• Efficiently organize and move materials, products, and parts to designated areas within trailers under construction.
• Assemble various components of equipment, structures, and products according to specifications.
• Perform rework and refinishing tasks to improve product quality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assist in the assembly process.
• Prepare parts, items, and products for subsequent production steps.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning production areas and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Education – Experience Required

• 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to efficiently organize and prioritize tasks.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborating with team members to achieve production goals.
• Knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of the job.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
