Overview

What You’ll Do

• Perform finish carpentry including trim, doors, cabinetry, and detailed work
• Complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and full-home remodels
• Work on light commercial projects (offices, tenant build-outs)
• Maintain professionalism while working in occupied homes and business spaces
• Work independently and manage daily tasks without constant supervision

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in finish carpentry and remodeling
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Professional attitude when working in client environments
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites

Tools & Equipment

• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Comfortable using a company vehicle for job site travel

Work Environment

• Residential and light commercial job sites
• Travel within the Waukesha area and surrounding regions including Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
