Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team for multifamily new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-quality finish work, including door and window installation, trim, and detailed interior carpentry. This role requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively on active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and hang interior and exterior doors, including hardware
• Set and install windows according to specifications
• Complete finish carpentry tasks such as baseboards, casing, crown molding, and trim work
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and building codes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a finish carpenter, preferably in multifamily construction
• Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on various job sites

Preferred (Not Required):

• OSHA 10 Certification with in 3 years (or willingness to obtain before starting)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders and in various weather conditions
• Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods

Work Environment:

• Active construction sites with exposure to typical job site conditions
