Job Overview:

Fingerprint Technician

Part Time 12 hours/week 

$18/hour 

Flexible but consistent weekly hours, between 8am-4pm M-F

Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

As Fingerprint Enrollment Specialist, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Being a welcoming presence for fingerprint enrollment customers
  • Following instruction of and providing updates to the Director of Business Services 
  • Communicating identification and payment processes calmy and clearly to customers
  • Physically guiding customer’s hands gently but confidently through the entire fingerprinting process 
  • Following the strict safety and legal processes of IdentoGO and True North Goodwill
  • Preforming regular diagnostic checks on enrollment tablet
  • Consulting IdentoGO Partner Support and Tech Support via phone call when equipment errors arise

 

Required Skills and Abilities 

  • A high comfort and confidence holding and guiding customer’s hands and fingers 
  • Punctuality and strict attendance
  • Excellent verbal communication skills  
  • Ability to communicate clearly and consistently across all cultures, ages, and abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • High standard for a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
  • Maintain a positive, patient, and can-do attitude
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must have the ability to learn and retain enrollment processes and requirements

Education and Experience

  • No education credentials necessary 
  • Fingerprint enrollment experience not necessary, but strongly preferred

 

Physical Requirements 

CONSTANT: Standing. Direct and close quarters customer interaction, including constant holding and touching of customer hands. Constant verbal communication.
