**Early Career Professionals with a Finance or Business-related Major Opportunity**

Summary

Develop critical leadership skills and business acumen through rotational assignments in Finance, which may include accounting, financial planning & analysis, corporate audit, tax, financial operations, and other finance functions. Through engagement with world class leadership and through meaningful contributions to the business, develops a broad but strong knowledge base that may lead to a future leadership position or to expertise as a professional, individual contributor.

Core Responsibilities

  • Actively participates in continuous mentorship with an O&M leader, developing business acumen, strategy, and leadership skills.

  • Analyzes various business opportunities and cost savings initiatives and recommends potential resolution.

  • Completes ad-hoc reporting and analytical projects as needed.

  • Organizes and successfully completes assigned projects independently and/or in collaboration with others.

  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with teammates in finance and throughout the organization.

  • Researches issues/opportunities and recommends implementation or remediative actions for continuous improvement.

  • Performs analyses as required to provide decision-making information to management.

  • Develops and maintains key financial and operational reports and provides input for the development of new dashboards or management reports.

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

  • Additional duties as directed.

Qualifying Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited undergraduate program with a major/concentration in related field (Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Business Administration) is required.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software.

  • 0-2 years experience in a relevant field.

  • Strong financial analysis skills including knowledge of financial business plans, processes and systems.

  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel and data manipulation skills

  • May include supervision of other teammates
