Responsibilities

• Assemble components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies to management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus.

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively (the successful candidate must have their own tools to bring to the job -- to include drive socket wrenches, open ended wrenches, screwdrivers, tri-square, nut drivers, die grinders, impacts, etc).

• Experience with jib and overhead cranes is strongly preferred.

• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs consistently, and be able to get into small spaces without fear of heights or enclosed spaces. Stooping, kneeling, and climbing will be required.
