Description
Position Summary:
Position is responsible for the final assembly of furniture.
Position Details:
- Installs hardware, mechanisms, swivel bottoms, metal legs, electrical components as needed for piece of furniture
- Ensures all parts fit together and pass inspections
- Uses computer to look up product information
- Other duties as assigned which may include building samples
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Computer skills necessary
Physical Requirements:
- Pushes, pulls and lifts up to 100 lbs. with assistance
- Standing and walking throughout shift
- Uses impact drivers, air powered screwdriver and staple gun
- Must be able to read shop tickets
