Responsibilities

• Assemble final products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct thorough inspections of components and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity.
• Report any defects or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to assembly techniques.

Qualifications

• • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus
  • Previous experience in assembly within a manufacturing or aerospace environment preferred
  • Ability to interpret blueprints accurately
  • Lock wiring experience required
  • Basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly equipment
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

  • Perform lock wiring and ink stamping with assistance
  • Install shipping caps and plugs on assemblies per blueprint requirements
  • Mark assemblies using laser, electro-chemical, or vibro-etching methods according to specifications
  • Prepare nameplates and other identification methods for assemblies
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with 5S standard
