Our clients in Mentor, OH is seeking a skilled Filler Operator on the 1st Shift.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.73 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• $21.73/hr 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM (12-hour shifts) Location 1
• $18.00/hr 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (10-hour shifts) Location 2
• Fridays as needed to meet weekly production goals

Job Responsibilities

Location 1

• Fill Bullseye containers accurately and efficiently.
• Keep production lines running by stocking robotic equipment with the packaging supplies needed for continuous operation.
• Fill and handle 5-gallon containers (must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height).
• Fill and label 30-gallon drums according to production requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products are properly filled and labeled.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards..

Location 2

• Operate automated and semi-automated filling equipment

• Connect/disconnect pressurized equipment safely

• Measure yields, gauge tanks, and follow batch instructions

• Label, stencil, and properly fill containers

• Palletize and stretch wrap finished products

• Follow filtering, capping, and special batch instructions

• Maintain cleanliness of tanks and equipment

• Accurately record production data and materials used

• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and chemical handling

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
