Filler Operator Pay: $20.00/hr

Shift: 1st shift: 6am - 2:30pm

Location: Homewood, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Filler Operator for our client in the manufacturing industry to start immediately at $20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate filling, labeling, and packaging equipment.
• Fill containers according to batch specifications and production schedules.
• Use a scale to verify product information, fill weights, labels, and packaging accuracy.
• Inspect finished products for quality and compliance.
• Complete production documentation and batch records.
• Clean equipment and maintain a safe, organized work area.
• Assist with material handling and movement of finished goods.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred.
• Experience in ink, paint, chemical, or liquid manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
