What You Will Do (The Fun Stuff)

• Fix & Build: Help install new equipment and perform routine check-ups to keep everything running smoothly.
• Solve Problems: Troubleshoot, calibrate, and repair equipment when things go wrong (either on-site or over the phone).
• Help Customers: Teach customers how to use their equipment and help solve their complaints with a friendly attitude.
• Learn from the Pros: Work side-by-side with experienced team members to grow your technical skills.
• Keep Track: Write down quick, accurate notes about the service work you did and the problems you solved.
• Stay Safe: Follow safety rules to keep yourself and others safe on the job.

What We Are Looking For

• The Basics: You are punctual (always on time), reliable, and love hands-on work.
• Tools & Tech: You have some experience using test equipment and multimeters, plus basic computer skills (like using Outlook email).
• Great Attitude: You pay attention to details, have a good technical aptitude, and are genuinely willing to learn.
• School & Experience: A technical school degree and 1 to 2 years of related job experience is preferred
