About the Role:
You will be responsible for Post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will drive the successful creation of equipment, conforming to our customers' specifications.

Key responsibilities of a Field Technical Support Engineer - ESP:
Complete Autograph ESP design’s/sizing’s for Districts various wells and Customers.
Advises sales personnel, customers and potential customers on the technical issues that affect the installation or sales of Artificial Lift & ESP products
Provides support to operations and manufacturing while assisting sales personnel in the preparation of bids and presentations
Meets with customers to develop and design products and services
May train customers and/or field personnel on new products
Requires travel to area operations locations
Identifies new product opportunities and development strategies
Interfaces with product line management and local management to support direction and strategies to best capture market opportunities
The Salary *pay scale for this position is 105,000-130,000 USD if employed in California
*Pay scale for CA is effective January 1, 2023.
