Our Drilling services Field specialist team provides industry-leading engineering and technical services that optimize the extraction, production, and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.

Partner with the best

Under direct supervision, learn to read, analyze and design well plans, interpret drilling dynamics engineering modeling and understand logging-while-drilling and directional drilling tool(s) and services as assigned.

You will be responsible for:

Learning under direct supervision, to learning logging-while-drilling and directional drilling tool(s) and services as assigned.
Reading well plan, execute directional drilling and to perform basic maintenance at the wellsite.
Performing all required responsibilities safely and as described in work instructions. Executes other related duties as assigned by the supervisors.
Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have at least a technical degree in a relevant field
Must have at least 4 years experience as LWD.
Have general knowledge of basic engineering principles and good mechanical aptitude.
Be able to become proficient in running basic logging-while-drilling jobs/services.
Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization.
Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
Have exceptional organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
Have the ability to travel (potential for travel to rig sites, customer facilities, meetings, trainings, etc.).
Comfortable presenting in front of an audience of experienced peers
