Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks on-site, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine welding requirements.
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure structural integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, performing routine maintenance as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in various environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a welder, preferably in a field service role.
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
