Main Responsibilities

  • Perform quality installation and service work on all vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to provide personalized customer service.
  • Develop and maintain rapport with our customer base and partner with the customer to make beneficial recommendations regarding the technical maintenance of their state-of-the-art equipment
  • Ensures all information is entered into the company computer system per training requirements
  • Daily travel in the service area is required
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Technical school education preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of electrical experience
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills
  • Available to work overtime
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Car wash installation and service experience preferred
  • Complete required safety training, safely perform tasks and follow safety policies
  • Wear specified personal protective equipment as needed throughout the shift, which may include steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses and/or protective gloves
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively work with a diverse team.
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English to follow written and verbal instructions/direction

Work Environment

  • Work near moving mechanical parts
  • Exposure to fumes or airborne particles
  • May work in a humid environment
  • Moderate noise level from automobiles and other equipment


Physical Demands

  • The ability to push and pull up to 75 lbs.; the ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
  • Position requires standing, walking, bending, and frequent use of hands
  • Position requires the ability to go up and down a ladder frequently
  • Must be able to work at a sustained pace
