Main Responsibilities
- Perform quality installation and service work on all vehicle wash equipment and accessories, including troubleshooting of electrical, electronic, and mechanical problems to provide personalized customer service.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our customer base and partner with the customer to make beneficial recommendations regarding the technical maintenance of their state-of-the-art equipment
- Ensures all information is entered into the company computer system per training requirements
- Daily travel in the service area is required
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Technical school education preferred
- A minimum of 3 years electrical experience
- Strong verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills
- Available to work overtime
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Car wash installation and service experience preferred
- Complete required safety training, perform tasks in a safe manner, and follow safety policies
- Wear specified personal protective equipment as needed throughout the shift, which may include steel/composite toe work boots, safety glasses, and/or protective gloves
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in order to effectively work with a diverse team.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English in order to follow written and verbal instructions/direction

- Moderate noise level from automobiles and other equipment
Physical Demands
- The ability to push and pull up to 75 lbs.; the ability to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
- Position requires standing, walking, bending, and frequent use of hands
- Position requires the ability to go up and down a ladder frequently
- Must be able to work at a sustained pace
