Location: Wesley Chapel, Florida (coverage will include Tampa Bay and surrounding areas)
Work Arrangements: 70% driving and 30% fixing and maintaining equipment
In this role you will:
Lead the equipment service business for our customers in West Central, FL.
Obtain expert knowledge from our training teams to learn the ins and outs of coffee brewers and equipment.
Provide best-in-class customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
Perform service on equipment including proactive maintenance, installations, equipment removals, asset management, and emergency service requests.
Manage equipment inventories including scheduled warehouse inventory checks and ordering parts as needed.
Properly document procedures, including electronic invoices, customer names and contact information, reported quality issues and other related activities.
Drive and maintain a company vehicle, fully equipped with parts, shelving and more to ensure you are comfortable and successful in your career!

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Resides within 30 miles of Wesley Chapel, FL
Strong customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 75 pounds and driving on a frequent basis
Ability to work on-call hours at least once a month. (On-call duties are covered on a rotating 4-week schedule)
Ability to travel for maintenance coverage in other parts of Florida as needed (could be monthly travel)
