We’re looking for a Field Services Technician who thrives in hands-on environments, enjoys travel, and excels at solving complex technical problems. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our Aftermarket team, delivering world-class support, installation, and maintenance for advanced automation equipment across customer sites.

What You’ll Do
Lead equipment installations, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues
Deliver onsite and remote technical support with fast response times
Train customers on equipment operation and best practices
Manage service cases from assignment through resolution
Maintain detailed service documentation and reports
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product quality and performance
Support customer visits, testing (FAT), and lab activities
What You Bring
2–4 years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, and control systems
Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings
Hands-on experience with tools, multimeters, and diagnostic equipment
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and customer-facing experience
Associate degree or equivalent technical training preferred
Key Requirements
✔ Valid driver’s license & ability to travel internationally
✔ Passport eligibility (no restrictions)
✔ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in industrial environments
