JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The Field Service Technician will be responsible to will be responsible to develop and maintain the operating, installing, diagnosing, and repair of SureScan products upon successful training. You will work at the SureScan headquarters location in Binghamton, NY to be trained for developing service procedures and providing on-demand technical support to end users via telephone, chat, or other communication tools. In this position you will learn and apply knowledge of diverse technologies including High-Voltage X-ray generating equipment, electromechanical systems, and IT networks and platforms. You will work to continually improve SureScan service capability, making regular updates to service diagnostics, Service Manuals, Service Bulletins, and Service training.
