Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC grinding machines at client sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Provide training and support to clients on machine operation and maintenance.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve machine performance and reliability.
• Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, preferably with CNC grinders.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
