POSITION SUMMARY:

 

Field Service Technicians perform quality inspections, installation of cabinetry and associated parts, and punch out and completion of cabinetry orders.

 

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following responsibilities are general duties that a particular employee in this position may or may not be required to perform.  The actual duties required of this position will vary.

• Install parts to correct issues found after installation inspection.

• Touch up finish where defects and or damage occurred during installation.

● Adjust all doors and drawers in the house to be level/flush to open and close properly.

● Responsible to ensure our cabinets are 100% acceptable to our customers prior to closing.

• Installation of cabinetry to complete existing orders.

• Provide customer and warranty services in occupied homes.

● Follow all safety policies and procedures.

● Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

 

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

 

Required:

  • Valid Class C Drivers License.
  • Must be able to pass company Drug Screen and background screen.
  • Must meet Benedettini Cabinetry’s Driver MVR Qualification Standards.

 

Preferred:

●      Basic knowledge of carpentry, stain, and paint.

●      At least one year of cabinetry service and or installation.

• Must be able to bend, stoop, and work at floor level for extended periods.

● Dependability – Follows through and does what he/she says he/she will do. Show up for work on time and adheres to the established work schedule.
