**Responsibilities: **
Installation & Commissioning: Install, inspect, commission, and start up mechanical and electromechanical equipment at customer sites.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose equipment failures, and complete corrective repairs to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
Technical Service Execution: Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions while utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment to support service activities.
Customer Support & Communication: Serve as the primary on-site company representative, communicating service findings, recommendations, and solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company, customer, and regulatory safety requirements, maintaining a safe, organized, and professional work environment.
Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Complete accurate service reports and documentation, identify additional service opportunities, and provide feedback to internal teams to support product and process improvements.
Qualifications:
**Must be located in one of the following metropolitan areas: Chicago, New York, Orlando, Atlanta, Miami, Dallas, Houston, Denver **
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred
2+ years of field service, mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical drawings and service documentation
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
