Job Duties
- Travel to customer sites to install, commission, test, calibrate, and train customers on the safe and proper operation of Digital Completions Solutions (DCS) products.
- Perform field upgrades of software and hardware.
- Document and communicate field failures, customer feedback, and improvement ideas.
- Ability to properly communicate and build strong relationships with on-site client representatives and client’s service provider crews.
- Complete and submit field service documentation in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate equipment inventory on the truck and equipment at client locations.
- Participate in hardware assembly, hardware installation, and R&D testing of DCS products.
- Work schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off for local technicians
- Willing to work 12+ hours daily during your schedule

Minimal Qualification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must pass a national background check and a motor vehicle report.
- Willingness to be on call and ability to travel per the manager's request.
- Good verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Not afraid of heights.
- Proven knowledge of upstream oil and gas completions operations, equipment, and terminology.
- Ability to lead and assist other techs and colleagues.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to sensors, PLCs, and networking/cabling.
Preferred Qualification Requirements:
- Upstream completions background or Electronics Technician experience.
- AA Degree and/or equivalent experience with 2+ years of technical experience preferred
