Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Field Service Technician
to support equipment installation, troubleshooting, repair, and customer service activities.
This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills who enjoys working independently, traveling to customer sites, and solving technical challenges in the field.
The ideal candidate is professional, customer-focused, and capable of working in fast-paced industrial environments while maintaining high service and safety standards.
What You’ll Do
Installation & Equipment Setup
- Install, assemble, and configure equipment and systems at customer locations
- Verify equipment setup and functionality according to project specifications
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure installation accuracy and project completion
Troubleshooting & Repair
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues
- Repair or replace defective components and equipment as needed
- Perform testing and verification to ensure proper equipment operation
Customer Support & Training
- Provide customers with guidance and basic operational training on equipment usage
- Maintain professional communication with customers during service visits
- Support positive customer relationships through quality service and responsiveness
Documentation & Reporting
Safety & Workplace Standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and customer site requirements
- Ensure compliance with company standards and operational guidelines
Qualifications
Required
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience installing, repairing, or servicing industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to diagnose technical issues and perform repairs independently
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to travel to customer locations as required
- Ability to work independently and manage field assignments effectively
