Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in CNC machines.
Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a variety of CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and machining centers.
Install, calibrate, and test CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
Maintain detailed service records and reports.
Travel to customer sites as required (overnight travel may be necessary).
Adhere to safety guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
