TekPro Manufacturing is looking to hire Field Service Technicians with direct CNC Machinery experience. This is a Direct Hire permanent position that offers competitive pay rates, health benefits, and future career growth!

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in CNC machines.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on a variety of CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and machining centers.
• Install, calibrate, and test CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on proper machine operation and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed service records and reports.
• Travel to customer sites as required (overnight travel may be necessary).
• Adhere to safety guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively, sometimes on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

• Electrical Troubleshooting
