Aegis is currently partnering with a nationalwide manufacturer looking to identify a Field Service Technician to join their growing team!

Responsiblities:

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machine tools at customer facilities
• Work independently in the field, diagnosing equipment issues, performing repairs, and supporting machine installations and commissioning
• Troubleshoot independently, communicate professionally, and take ownership of equipment issues from diagnosis through resolution

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience with CNC machine tools or CNC Controls
• Ability to diagnose CNC controls, servo drives, motors, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and PLC ladder diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment independently.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including an understanding of machine alignment, leveling, and precision mechanical components.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and provide technical support in the field.
• Willingness to travel up to 90% within an assigned multi-state territory.
