Full Description
Responsibilities:
Perform equipment installation, startup, maintenance, and repairs
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers
Complete service documentation and field reports
Coordinate with engineering and project management teams
Travel to customer sites for scheduled maintenance and emergency service
Support continuous improvement and safe work practices
Experience Levels:
Level I - Entry Level
0-2 years of industrial or technical experience
Basic mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills
Works under supervision and training support
Level II - Mid Level
3-5 years of field service or industrial maintenance experience
Ability to independently troubleshoot and repair equipment
Strong customer interaction and technical support skills
Level III - Senior/Specialist
5+ years of advanced field service experience
Strong PLC/HMI/VFD troubleshooting experience preferred
Capable of handling complex technical issues and mentoring junior technicians
Preferred Background:
Industrial maintenance
Mechanical/electrical systems
HVAC, burners, fans/blowers, thermal systems, or process equipment
PLC or controls troubleshooting experience preferred for senior levels
Requirements:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel extensively for field assignments
Comfortable working independently and in industrial environments
Valid driver's license preferred
