Partner with the best

As a Field Service Technician, you will manage all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites/properties. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products. You will also handle discussions regarding the consequences of changes in products and processes for the team in the organization.

As a Field Service Technician you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage.
  • Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards collecting or giving technical information.
  • Handling simple project processes. There are detailed guidelines for production and/or simple human interfaces requiring little technical knowledge.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services.
