Job Overview:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of Oilfield Equipment which may include hydraulics, electrical, and or Diesel Engine systems.  
  • Commission new equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper setup and operation.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and customers, addressing all service-related inquiries.
  • Conduct equipment inspections and performance tests to ensure safety and functionality.
  • Train customer personnel on equipment usage and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including service reports, work orders, expenses, and equipment logs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures at all times.
  • Support customers remotely by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Travel extensively to customer sites, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Be available on call 24/7 to respond to urgent service requests and provide immediate support to customers.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Work in harsh environments including rain, snow, heat, and heights with safety harness. 
  • Must be able to constantly walk and stand
  • Must be able to occasionally grasp, climb, balance, crouch, crawl, kneel, reach with arms and hands.
  • Must be able to perform labor actions such as wrenching, pulling, and pushing. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work in various field conditions.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Commitment to safety and quality in all service operations.
  • Must be able to pass a background, drug test, and health screenings.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience working with coiled tubing and nitrogen pumping equipment, or similar industrial machinery.
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and fix equipment issues efficiently.
