Responsibilities of the Field Service Technician include In-field Repair and Replacement of:

  • Remove and Replace Pumps and Motors.
  • Laser Alignment of Pumps and Motors.
  • Vibration analysis preferred.
  • Start-ups & troubleshooting.
  • Mechanical Seal Changes.
  • API and ANSI Pumps.
  • Centrifugal and Plunger Pumps.
  • Must be proficient with precision measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of dynamic balancing a plus.

Qualifications of the Field Service Technician include, but are not limited to:

  • Must possess a minimum of 3-7 years experience working in the field in pump rebuilding.
  • Must be flexible, and willing to work both in the field, as well as in a shop environment.
  • Must possess extensive knowledge of rebuilding centrifugal pumping equipment.
  • Acceptable driving record according to company guidelines.
  • $20.00-35.00 an hour depending on years of relevant experience & applicable role skills.

Additional Information:

Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.


Working Conditions: Working in potential weather situations, rain/snow.

Training/Certifications: Ability to perform laser alignments and ability to take vibration readings preferred, but not mandatory.

Shift Time/Overtime: First Shift with Overtime as required.

Travel: Most job sites are about an hour drive from Denver. Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines.

Education: High School Diploma or GED.
