**Field Service Technician: Caledonia, IL

**

Our client is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and support industrial machinery at customer facilities. This position offers travel, excellent earning potential through overtime, and the opportunity to become a trusted technical expert for customers across a variety of industries. **Key Responsibilities:

**

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial machinery at customer locations

• Travel throughout North America to provide on-site technical support

• Train customer personnel on machine operation and preventative maintenance

• Provide remote technical support via phone and email

• Complete service documentation and reports

• Assist with machine testing and production support when working in-house

• Partner with customers and internal teams to quickly resolve technical issues while delivering outstanding service

**Skills & Experience:

**

• **Education

  **: HSD, required; Technical training, trade school, or Associate degree in a related field, preferred

• **Experience

  **: 3+ years of field service, industrial maintenance, or related technical experience, required

• **Knowledge:

**Mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills, PLCs, motors, drives, pneumatics, & industrial control systems,

**¨NBSP;required

**

• **Software:

  **Rockwell/RS Logix, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks, preferred

** $30.00 - $35.00+/hour + OT
