**Field Service Manager **

Pay: $25-28+

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Manager to handle service needs from start to finish. This position works directly with customers, visits job sites, identifies problems, coordinates repairs, and makes sure issues are resolved properly and on time.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations and job sites as needed.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and identify service issues.
• Communicate directly with customers and provide updates.
• Coordinate and complete repairs and service work.
• Determine what materials, parts, and equipment are needed.
• Handle service issues from initial customer contact through completion.
• Document work performed and maintained accurate service records.
• Coordinate with the office, production, and other departments as needed.
• Manage your own schedule and prioritize service calls.
• Represent the company professionally while working with customers.

Requirements

• Experience in field service, construction, maintenance, installation, or a related hands-on field.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn company systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer locations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
