What you’ll be doing
- Install, commission, and start-up high-performance aseptic equipment
- Performtroubleshooting and technical supportat customer sites
- Configure systems forcleaning, sterilization, and production cycles
- Executeequipment validation and performance testing
- Support customers with training and operational optimization
- Work closely with global teams on complex industrial projects
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, start up, and test bottling, aseptic, filling, inspection, and packaging equipment at customer sites
- Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, and inspection systems
- Execute performance testing in accordance with technical, contractual, and safety standards
- Provide technical support during and post-warranty periods
- Train customer maintenance and operating personnel on proper operation, maintenance, and safety procedures
- Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment disorders; issue technical reports and non-conformity documentation
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, internal safety procedures, and environmental policies
Technical Requirements
- Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics)or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong mechanical background (pneumatics, mechanical assemblies, ability to read P&IDs and technical drawings)
- Experience in food, beverage, bottling, or packaging environments preferred
- Knowledge of aseptic processes is a plus
- Computer literacy (MS Office, service documentation tools, inspection systems knowledge preferred)
- Fluent English required; additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French) are a plus
