We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a growing service organization supporting customers throughout the United States and Canada. This position is responsible for the installation, startup, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical support of advanced egg grading and processing equipment at customer facilities.

Install and commission egg grading and processing equipment at customer facilities throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
Train customer personnel on the safe operation, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
Provide technical support both onsite and remotely to resolve equipment issues efficiently.
Assist customers in establishing and maintaining appropriate replacement parts inventories.
Coordinate installation schedules with customers and internal teams.
Communicate project status before, during, and after equipment installations.
Complete detailed service reports and all required documentation following each service visit.
Support customers during equipment startups and production ramp-up.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Technical education or vocational training in mechanics, electrical systems, automation, industrial maintenance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of field service or industrial equipment maintenance experience, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, sensors, and automation equipment.
Experience diagnosing and repairing equipment in fast-paced production environments.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues both onsite and remotely.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
Willingness to travel approximately 60–70% throughout the United States and Canada.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel by air and automobile.
Experience servicing food processing or egg grading equipment.
Knowledge of PLC-controlled machinery and industrial automation.
Experience with customer equipment installations and commissioning.
Previous experience supporting manufacturing or food production facilities.
