Responsibilities

• Set up and operate various types of machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
• Perform precision machining and fabrication tasks according to specifications and blueprints.
• Conduct on-site inspections and measurements to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
• Collaborate with team members and project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of machining activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in machining, preferably in a field environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
