Shift Field Data Technician**
We are seeking motivated and dependable
Field Data Technicians
to join a growing team. In this role, you will work outdoors collecting data on utility poles and related infrastructure throughout Indiana. This information is used by engineering teams to assess pole conditions, determine service capabilities, and identify repair needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and traveling to different locations.
Pay/Benefits:
- Pay rate: $20/hr
- No benefits just yet as they are a start up company
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Lunches are determined within your team
- Bathrooms are minimal
- Overtime as needed

- Our client specializes in utility pole data collection and inspection services for power companies and utility providers. Their work supports engineering and design teams by collecting accurate field data used to evaluate utility infrastructure and future service needs.
Job Duties:
- Collect field data for utility and communication infrastructure projects
- Photograph and document utility poles and surrounding conditions
- Record accurate field notes, maps, and digital images
- Submit organized project documentation to engineering teams
- Work safely in outdoor environments and various weather conditions
- Travel to project sites throughout Indiana
- Meet daily productivity and quality goals
