## Responsibilities
Operate and maintain fiberglass production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Prepare and mix resin and fiberglass materials according to specifications.
Monitor the curing process and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fiberglass or composites is a plus.
Previous experience in fiberglass production or a similar manufacturing environment preferred.
