Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Complete tasks according to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
• Follow all safe work practices and wear appropriate PPE.
• Adhere to NOV company, HSE, and quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Work overtime and shift schedules as required.
• Stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily.
• Regularly lift weights up to 50 lbs. and perform push/pull tasks for extended periods.
• Utilize problem-solving skills and attention to detail to meet production requirements.
• Adapt to cross-training in various technical repair and assembly tasks.
• Interpret and follow technical drawings, instructions, and repair/assembly procedures.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong dependability, attendance, and judgment in problem-solving.
• Technical aptitude with willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
